FINAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

 
The accepted submission format is PDF only. Here are the formatting guidelines:

• Page size: US Letter

• Two-column format

• Text font: 10-pt Times New Roman

• Line spacing: single-spaced

• Caption font: minimum 4pt

• Top margin: 0.75 inch

• Bottom margin: 1 inch

• Side margins: 0.625 inch

• Graphs/tables should be readable when printed in black and white

You may use IEEE templates as long as they follow the requirements above.

Before your submission, you must ensure that your camera ready version can pass the check of IEEE PDF eXpress utility. Here you can find the instructions on the usage of the PDF eXpress utility.

The page limit is 10 pages. Papers longer than 10 pages will be charged up to 2 pages extra for US$100 each page. Please fax your signed IEEE copyright form to me as soon as possible (no later than October 25, 2010):
